Joanna T. Azar is a Lebanese fashion designer who created her own Maison de Haute Couture. Born and raised in Abu Dhabi before moving to Beirut in 2005 to complete her degree in Business Management. She then joined a Lebanese fashion school to pursue her career in Fashion design, where she learned the fundamentals of Fashion design and pattern making.

Her curiosity and her love for learning pushed her to attend seminars and workshops in Central Saint Martin’s College of Arts and Design in London, after which she was able to come back to Lebanon and settle to start off her career by opening her own Maison De Couture.Joanna’s design techniques were influenced by Tom Ford, John Galliano, Alexander McQueen, Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan and Stella McCartney.
